There's one kinda like that in my area for $3K. It's been for sale for about two years. Pretty cool but don't quite know what you'd do with one. Too small to live on and too big for skinny water!

You're both right. But, redone, it could be a nice old classic. Two berths, and room for a head.

Just a LOT of work.
