pork butt, mac and cheese in the smoker. Collards. Made 13 wings as a treat while we waited for the butt to finish.

I made a boneless leg of lamb, but for some reason I lost the picture of the finished product. I rubbed this lamb in olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary at 325° until it reached 130° internally and then I took it out and covered it in foil for 20 minutes. It was delicious.
