After adjusting the transducer angle this Raymarine Dragonfly works perfectly for me. The downview shows the bottom at 200 foot depth as well and as clear as at 12 foot depths. The sonar is great too. I'm liking it so far this year.
I would use a porta power hydraulic ram or friction jack and roughly push the dent out. Then finesse it the rest of the way with a body hammer and dolly block. Harbor Freight sells that stuff at a reasonable price.

I can see a need for this if you have a large boat
If you use the waterski's from the 60's it is possible. The ski's back then were longer and wider than today's ski's. I could ski using my 16 foot center console Starcraft with a 35 Evinrude back in1979 with no problem using my Dad's old ski's.
